GeoVISTA Studio is the GeoVISTA Center's core software, an open software development environment designed for geospatial data. Studio allows users to quickly build applications for geocomputation and geographic visualization, with no programming required.

Studio makes it easy to develop complex applications for data exploration, knowledge construction, geocomputation, and visualization. Studio includes a wide selection of components for exploratory and statistical analysis, 3D rendering, and mapping. Because Studio is based on JavaBeans technology, any third party JavaBean component can be plugged in to Studio. Studio can even create standalone Java applications from your finished Studio projects.
