GeoVISTA Studio is an open software development environment. The main aim of the GeoVISTA Studio is to provide a programming-free environment within which to conduct both geocomputation and geographic visualization. Studio employs a visual programming interface, allowing users to quickly build their own applications using a workflow or dataflow paradigm (as the figure below shows).

 

Studio is a modularly designed interface that allows the integration of various forms of geographic data to be analyzed and displayed in a GeoVirtual environment.
