NEVAC members participate in VAC Consortium Meeting

Several NEVAC members are attanding the spring VAC Consortium Meeting in Bellevue, Washington this week. The VAC Consortium is a partnership with Industry, University, and Government members collaborating to solve national security problems for the Department of Homeland Security. The Spring Meeting's topic is Visual Analytics for Regional Preparedness, Security, Response, and Health. NEVAC members in attendance include Alan MacEachren, Mark Gahegan, Chris Weaver, and Frank Hardisty. Two graduate students are also attending: Ritesh Agrawal from Penn State, and Weizhong Zhu from NEVAC partner institution, Drexel University. Attendees will present several demonstrations about ongoing NEVAC work.
