HEROINE profiled in ITS newsletter

The HERO (Human Environment Regional Observatory) project's geocollaboratory was profiled in the Spring 2003 issue of the Penn State Academic Computing newsletter. The article, "Collaboration Goes Online as Researchers Look at Global Change Locally", describes the work of Penn State's HEROINE team to build an Intelligent Networking Environment to support collaborative environmental science.
