The
focus of this meeting was to provide another forum for discussion
of the latest research advances, a subset
of which would be published in a special issue of the International
Journal for Geographic Information Science (which can been seen at
www.geovista.psu.edu/icavis/publications/lJGIS99.html)
and to continue discussion of the research agenda.
This
